About Tickets

Tickets can be purchased here at tickettailor.com and will go live for sale on February 22nd at 6PM CST. Members of the Saint Louis and Chicago Historical Costuming Societies will be offered a chance to buy tickets one day prior to the general public.

Hostess’s Remarks: I apologize. As Chicago is a much more expensive city than Saint Louis to throw events, I was forced to increase the cost of tickets. This was to give everyone as high quality an event as possible. I wanted to say that this ball is non-profit, and every cent made will be going to the event itself. I priced the ticket in a way that I could keep it as low as I could, while making the event as magical as humanly possible.

All tickets come with entrance at 7PM, drinks (mocktails or cocktails dependant on ticket tier), heavy appetizers (though there will be no formal dinner so we suggest eating a light meal before coming), access to dancing with a dance caller and live music, photo stations, tables and chairs for all, board games, a dance card/programme, gift, and of course, a dessert table.

Ticket Tiers

VIP - $275: VIPs will be allowed in an hour early for perusal of the site at 6:00PM. A welcome glass of prosecco will be provided, along with an additional surprise art nouveau gift in their gift bag. Gift bag should be picked up on the way out so you don’t have to carry it with you all through the ball.

General Admission with Alcohol: $175: Comes with the general 7PM CST admission, dance card, gift, and access to all the activities mentioned. Please note that this comes with a wristband saying you can request alcoholic beverages at the open bar. Please bring an ID to confirm age greater than 21.

General Admission without alcohol: $160: Comes with everything above, but this is for people who do not wish to partake in the spirits. No need to bring an ID. We request anyone under 21+ buy a ticket at this level.

Refund Policy:

Tickets are not refundable, but you are welcome to resell your ticket. If you do, please notify Salon Society by sending them an email with the new ticket holder’s name at salonsocietyofchicago@gmail.com.
